Question 1

How does the free preview actually work?

Accepted Answer

Upload 3+ photos of your pet and pick a style. We craft your portrait and email a watermarked preview within 24 hours — often much faster. You can request tweaks until the likeness is perfect. Only when you love it do you pay; if you don't, you owe nothing.

Question 2

How much does a custom pet portrait cost?

Accepted Answer

One portrait is $19.99 — that includes unlimited tweaks before you pay and the clean 4K master file, which prints beautifully at any size. Additional styles of the same pet are $9.99 each. The preview is always free.

Question 3

What kind of photo should I upload?

Accepted Answer

Any clear photo where your pet's face is visible works — a phone snapshot in daylight is perfect. Front-facing or three-quarter angles with visible eye color and markings give the most accurate likeness. Send a few options and we'll pick the best.

Question 4

How long does it take to get my portrait?

Accepted Answer

Your free preview usually arrives within minutes of upload — the page updates itself. Once you approve and pay, the clean 4K master file is ready to download instantly from the same page.

Question 5

What pets can you turn into portraits?

Accepted Answer

Dogs and cats are our bread and butter, but we've crafted portraits of rabbits, parrots, guinea pigs, horses, ferrets and even bearded dragons. Multiple pets in one artwork is possible too.

Question 6

Can I request changes to the preview?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — unlimited reasonable tweaks are included before you pay. Fix an eye color, adjust the crown, soften the background. Most orders are perfect after one or two rounds.

Question 7

What exactly do I get for $19.99?

Accepted Answer

A clean 4K-resolution master file (PNG) of your portrait — no watermark, no logo — that prints crisply at any standard size up to 50×70 cm / 20×28 in. Extra styles of the same pet are $9.99 each.

Question 8

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Securely via PayPal — Apple Pay and all major credit/debit cards accepted, no PayPal account needed. You only pay after you approve your free preview, and the 4K download unlocks as soon as payment is confirmed.

Question 9

What if I simply don't like the portrait?

Accepted Answer

Then you don't pay — that's the whole point of preview-first. If tweaks can't make it right, you walk away owing nothing.
